Shipping Policy
Billing:
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
As an additional security feature, when paying by credit or debit card you details will be encrypted to secure your details as they are being sent over the internet. Your credit card company may conduct additional security checks to confirm authentication of transaction. In the event of your card declining, please contact your card issuer to authorise the transaction.
Shipping:
We aim to provide delivery as stated in the email confirmation of shipping. However, all delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days depending on delays.
All deliveries must be signed for (except for those small enough to fit through letter box).
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the delivery address given on the order.
The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
You will be charged a fee for delivery costs which will be calculated automatically at time of purchase depending on location, size and weight of item.
Whilst every effort is made to complete delivery on the specified date, Bulkhaul Parts will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other persons or company arising directly or indirectly out of failure to meet estimated delivery date.
Returns Policy:
We understand returns may happen from time to time. If you require to return a product to Bulkhaul Parts, you have 14 days to do so. This returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 for commercial sales, Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumer sales and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Any returned products should be in original box, packaging, accessories, and any additional items.

Our Returns policy does not affect your Legal Rights.
Cancellation of Order
You are able to cancel all orders free of charge, provided that they have not yet been shipped. To do so, log into your account and cancel order or call us on 01282 525554.
